This is a list of available scholarship forms. Just "click" on the link to open the application form. You can print and fill out the form. We will try to have the dates when they are due in "Mr. Neely's" office.
The local "I Care" scholarship - All inquiries should be directed to Mrs. Kim VanNahmen, 414 South Main, Offerle, Kansas 67563. Please return by April 1, 2010 Past Due
"Liquid Does It Better Scholarship" and the "Douglas Cook Ag Leadership Award" Please complete the application form and mail your completed Scholarship Application Package postmarked no later than Thursday, April 30, 2009.
Kinsley - Offerle Enhancement Fund Scholarship Please return your completed application package in a sealed manila envelope to Mr. Steve Neely by May 5.
