This past February students read about and researched the Dust Bowl in Kansas. To finish out the publishing portion of our Dust Bowl writing projects, Jennifer Gleason spent some time showing students how to turn a photograph into a sketch. The students absolutely loved the opportunity to take their drawings to the "next level". Posters were then displayed in the hallway during Parent/Teacher Conferences.
