What is “MyHomework”?
Parents, you can now see students’ assignments!
The MyHomework app is a planner app that has been added to each student’s iPad in the Jr/Sr High. The app allows students to organize class information and assignments right on the iPad. The app is free in the App Store and parents can download it to their device. This free app works on both Apple and Android products.
After it is downloaded, parents can set up the student’s account on their device and see what teachers have entered as assignments. Some students have used the school email, while others have used a personal email account. Please talk to your child to find out their sign-in information.
Teachers have a web based account connected to MyHomework and simply add the assignment to their calendar. The assignment then appears on the students’ calendar. Students can also add assignments and other information. Teachers are also using other web based organizers such as moodle and google classroom to distribute information to students, but MyHomework is a calendar where students can keep track of daily assignments and long term projects.
